- Profile details: name, age, gender, kootam/clan, star (natchathiram), dosham, education, occupation, location, and photos you choose to add.
- Sensitive details: your phone number, horoscope (jathagam), and family details.
- Community certificate: the certificate you submit for verification.
- Activity data: interests you send or accept, shortlists, blocks, and reports.
How we use your data
- To verify that you belong to the community and to approve your profile.
- To show your profile to other verified members for matchmaking.
- To let you send and receive interests, and to reveal contact details after mutual acceptance.
- To keep the platform safe, including acting on blocks and reports.

What stays private and gated
Your phone number, horoscope (jathagam), and family details are private. They are never shown publicly. They are revealed to another member only after both sides accept an interest. Your community certificate is used solely for verification by our admin team and is not shown to other members.
Who can see your information
Non-sensitive profile details are visible to other verified members for the purpose of finding a match. Sensitive details are gated as described above. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who help us run the platform (for example, email and hosting), only as needed to provide the service.
Security measures
We use passwordless and Google sign-in to avoid password-related risks, restrict access to sensitive fields, and limit who on our team can view verification documents. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you request deletion, we remove your profile and associated personal data, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal or safety reasons.
Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate details by editing your profile.
- Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at [your email] or using the in-app Support button.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing.
Cookies
We use essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run the service securely. We do not use cookies to sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in.
